How do I download my Westpac statement as a PDF?
In Westpac Online Banking or the app, open Statements / Documents, select the account and month, and download the PDF. That is the file you drop in — no Westpac login is entered on our site.
Does it work with Westpac current, savings and credit-card statements?
Yes — any Westpac statement PDF works, whether it is a current, savings or a credit-card statement. The engine reads the layout of the document you upload and reconciles every statement to the cent against its own balances.
Does it handle amounts in Australian dollars?
Yes. Westpac statements are denominated in Australian dollars (AUD), and amounts parse exactly as printed — including thousands separators and the statement's own date format. The reconciliation check runs in the statement's currency, to the smallest unit.
Do I need my Westpac login?
No. You upload the statement PDF you already download from Westpac yourself — we never ask for your Westpac username, password or any banking credentials.
Can I convert a scanned Westpac statement?
Yes. If you only have a scan of a Westpac statement instead of a downloaded PDF, upload the scanned PDF — the engine reads it directly and still reconciles every running balance to the cent. A sharp phone photo can work too, but a scan or the original PDF reads most reliably.
