Can I convert PDF to OFX for free?
You can convert the first 3 pages of a statement PDF without signing up. Download OFX when the result contains the required fields. For a longer statement, create an account and use its page allowance; the free preview is limited to the first 3 pages.
What is an OFX file, and what opens it?
OFX is a financial-data exchange format. Xero and QuickBooks Online document OFX file imports. Check the requirements of your account and software version; the converter does not connect directly to either product.
Why might OFX be unavailable for my PDF?
OFX needs valid dates, a supported currency and closing-balance information. If the result cannot supply required fields, the export explains what is missing. Excel, CSV or JSON may still be available without inventing those fields.
Does exporting OFX mean my statement is fully verified?
No. Export availability and extraction verification are separate. Read the result’s delivery status and scope; a partial preview or a balance match alone does not establish that the complete PDF was captured.
Can I import the same OFX file twice?
Avoid importing overlapping periods or transactions already supplied by your bank feed. Your accounting product controls duplicate handling. An export alone does not prove that the destination accepted it or avoided duplicates.
