Convert a bank statement PDF for QuickBooks
Get a PDF statement into QuickBooks without keying in a single transaction. Convert the PDF and export an OFX bank-feed file — which QuickBooks Online imports — or a CSV that works across QuickBooks versions. Either way the balances are reconciled to the cent first, so the numbers you bring in are ones you can trust. Convert the first 3 pages free, no sign-up — and export them. A free account converts the whole statement.

Three steps. Most statements take seconds.
No templates to set up, no mapping rules to configure. What used to be an afternoon of hand-keying becomes structured rows you can trust — and every balance is checked, so you catch a misread before it hits the books.

We extract & check

Good questions, answered
How do I import the file into QuickBooks?
In QuickBooks Online, export OFX and upload it where you add bank transactions from a file. QuickBooks Desktop expects its own .QBO (Web Connect) format, so there — or if you just prefer a spreadsheet — export CSV from the same result and use QuickBooks’ CSV import instead. Both files come from the same reconciled conversion.
Are you affiliated with QuickBooks?
No. QuickBooks is named only to describe what you can import the file into; we are not affiliated with QuickBooks or Intuit. You export a standard OFX or CSV file and import it yourself.
Will the transactions reconcile before they reach QuickBooks?
Yes. Every running balance is checked against its transactions and uncertain rows are flagged, so misreads are caught before you import — not discovered later when the month will not reconcile.
Do I need to connect my bank to QuickBooks?
No. You upload a statement PDF you already have — there is no bank feed to connect and no login to share. Handy for closed accounts, older statements or banks your QuickBooks feed does not cover.
