Prepare the file for your accounting software
Start with the original statement PDF for the account and period you need. Keep every page, including separate transaction or fee sections. A balance certificate or payment receipt is not a full transaction statement.

Why use a converter if QuickBooks offers PDF uploads?

QuickBooks Online offers direct PDF and image uploads in supported workflows; our converter gives you Excel, CSV, JSON and OFX downloads from the same statement.
How do I import the file into QuickBooks Online?
Download OFX when available, or CSV, and use QuickBooks Online’s manual bank-transaction upload for the matching account. With CSV, map the date, description and signed amount columns and confirm the import preview.
Does the same file work in QuickBooks Desktop?
Do not assume that it does. Desktop bank feeds use a different workflow, including QBO Web Connect files. We do not export QBO, and we do not promise that our generic CSV or OFX imports into Desktop.
Are you affiliated with QuickBooks?
No. BankStatementWise is independent of Intuit and QuickBooks. QuickBooks Online is named to identify a documented destination for standard file imports.
Are the transactions automatically reconciled inside QuickBooks?
No. We run available statement checks before export, but QuickBooks controls its own import, matching and reconciliation. Avoid uploading transactions already present from another file or bank feed.
