Will the amounts be real numbers I can sum in Excel?
Yes. Valid amounts and balances are numeric cells. The workbook has filters and a frozen header so you can work with its transaction rows. Keep different currencies separate when adding totals.
What columns does the Excel file have?
Date, description, signed amount, currency, balance and a balance-check flag, plus references and additional printed fields when extracted. Balance source and extracted balance columns distinguish calculated balances from values read off the page. A combined workbook keeps statements on separate sheets.
Does a verified balance mean every extracted field is correct?
The result shows automatic checks and detected issues alongside your transactions. A passed balance check is useful confirmation, though it is not a guarantee that every field is error-free.
