Can I upload the PDF directly into Xero instead?
Xero offers PDF imports for eligible organizations in the United States and Canada, with bank and statement requirements. Use BankStatementWise when you want reusable Excel, CSV, JSON or OFX downloads, or when your Xero workflow needs another format.
How do I import the file into Xero?
Use Xero’s statement import for the relevant bank account. Upload the OFX file when available, or map the date, signed amount and description from CSV. Confirm the currency, date interpretation and import preview before completing the import.
Which CSV columns should I map in Xero?
Map date to Date, amount to the transaction Amount and description to Description. Amounts are already signed, so do not subtract the debit direction a second time. Reference can be mapped when present; extra balance-check columns are not transaction amounts.
Are you affiliated with Xero?
No. This is an independent converter that exports standard files for you to import. It does not connect to or synchronize with your Xero organization.
Can I import a PDF covering dates already in my Xero bank feed?
Avoid overlapping periods. Compare the period with transactions already present in Xero before import. Duplicate handling and reconciliation happen in Xero, not in this converter.
