Bank statements are among the most sensitive documents you handle. Here is how we protect them.
1Encryption
Your documents and their results are encrypted in transit and at rest.
2Where data lives
Your documents and results are stored on servers in North America. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the Service.
3How your documents are processed
Uploaded documents are read and converted by our secure processing systems, used only to operate the Service and produce your results.
4Data handling & retention
Your documents and results are stored so we can operate the Service and keep your conversions available to you. Conversions — including ones you make before creating an account — are kept until you delete them; we do not auto-delete your results on a timer.
5Deletion & your control
You can delete any conversion, and close your account, at any time. Deleting removes your documents and results from your workspace — they stop appearing anywhere in your account. The underlying records are kept under our retention policy rather than erased immediately; email privacy@… if you need them deleted.
6Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue, we want to hear from you. Please email security@… with the details, and give us a reasonable chance to investigate and fix it before disclosing it publicly. We appreciate responsible disclosure.
