Convert your TSB bank statement to Excel & CSV
Upload a TSB statement PDF and get back clean, verified transactions — descriptions intact, amounts as real numbers, and the running balance reconciled to the penny on every row. Uncertain rows are flagged rather than guessed, and the first 3 pages are free to convert with no account — a free account converts the whole statement.

Three steps. Most statements take seconds.
No templates to set up, no mapping rules to configure. What used to be an afternoon of hand-keying becomes structured rows you can trust — and every balance is checked, so you catch a misread before it hits the books.
Upload your PDF
Drag in one bank statement PDF. Any bank, any layout — digital or scanned, single or multi-account.
We extract & check
Our engine reads every date, description, amount and balance, then cross-checks running totals so the numbers actually reconcile.
Export in one click
See every row and balance check instantly — the first 3 pages, no sign-up. Download it as Excel, CSV, JSON or OFX (QuickBooks & Xero) right away; a free account keeps every conversion so you can come back and re-export.
See a real conversion
Open the actual engine output from a synthetic 6-page Northbridge Credit Union statement — 22transactions, every running balance reconciled to the cent. The conversion is real; the account is invented, so no customer’s data is on show. No upload, no account.
Good questions, answered
How do I download my TSB statement as a PDF?
In TSB internet banking or the TSB app, open the statements section, choose the account and statement period, and download the PDF. Upload that file directly — this site never asks for your TSB login.
Does it work with TSB current, savings and credit-card statements?
Yes — any TSB statement PDF works, whether it is a current, savings or a credit-card statement. The engine reads the layout of the document you upload and reconciles every statement to the cent against its own balances.
Does it handle amounts in pounds sterling?
Yes. TSB statements are denominated in pounds sterling (GBP), and amounts parse exactly as printed — including thousands separators and the statement's own date format. The reconciliation check runs in the statement's currency, to the smallest unit.
Do I need my TSB login?
No. You upload the statement PDF you already download from TSB yourself — we never ask for your TSB username, password or any banking credentials.
Can I convert a scanned TSB statement?
Yes. If you only have a scan of a TSB statement instead of a downloaded PDF, upload the scanned PDF — the engine reads it directly and still reconciles every running balance to the cent. A sharp phone photo can work too, but a scan or the original PDF reads most reliably.
Can I upload several months of TSB statements merged into one PDF?
Yes. A single PDF that contains several statement periods back-to-back — a quarterly or full-year export, or months you merged yourself — is split into one statement per period automatically, and each period is reconciled on its own opening-to-closing chain. You can export them together or per period.
Convert a statement — free
Free to try, no card, no sign-up. Most statements come back as a clean spreadsheet in a few seconds — a big multi-month packet takes a little longer.
