How do I download my PNC statement as a PDF?
From PNC Online Banking, open the account activity, go to Online Statements, and download the statement period as a PDF. Upload that file here; your PNC login is never shared with us.
Does it work with PNC checking, savings and credit-card statements?
Yes — any PNC statement PDF works, whether it is a checking, savings or a credit-card statement. The engine reads the layout of the document you upload, and every running balance is verified to the cent.
Does it handle amounts in US dollars?
Yes. PNC statements are denominated in US dollars (USD), and amounts parse exactly as printed — including thousands separators and the statement's own date format. The reconciliation check runs in the statement's currency, to the smallest unit.
Do I need my PNC login?
No. You upload the statement PDF you already download from PNC yourself — we never ask for your PNC username, password or any banking credentials.
Can I convert a scanned PNC statement?
Yes. If you only have a scan of a PNC statement instead of a downloaded PDF, upload the scanned PDF — the engine reads it directly and still reconciles every running balance to the cent. A sharp phone photo can work too, but a scan or the original PDF reads most reliably.
