How do I download my Monzo statement as a PDF?
In the Monzo app, go to the account, tap Statements, choose the month, and export it as a PDF. Share or save that PDF, then upload it here — Monzo login details are never entered on our site.
Does it work with Monzo current, savings and credit-card statements?
Yes — any Monzo statement PDF works, whether it is a current, savings or a credit-card statement. The engine reads the layout of the document you upload, and every running balance is verified to the cent.
Does it handle amounts in pounds sterling?
Yes. Monzo statements are denominated in pounds sterling (GBP), and amounts parse exactly as printed — including thousands separators and the statement's own date format. The reconciliation check runs in the statement's currency, to the smallest unit.
Do I need my Monzo login?
No. You upload the statement PDF you already download from Monzo yourself — we never ask for your Monzo username, password or any banking credentials.
Can I convert a scanned Monzo statement?
Yes. If you only have a scan of a Monzo statement instead of a downloaded PDF, upload the scanned PDF — the engine reads it directly and still reconciles every running balance to the cent. A sharp phone photo can work too, but a scan or the original PDF reads most reliably.
Can I upload several months of Monzo statements merged into one PDF?
Yes.
